Some Artistic Shoes!

Alexander McQueen has done it again. Most of you have seen these shoes before and maybe have thought they're ugly but to me they are just so interesting!!! McQueen's 2010 spring/summer 2010 shoe collection is a must for everyone. Lady Gaga has been seen wearing these shoes. These shoes were a statement of this world. The shoes looked like they were out of this world or possibly out of this land. With reptile prints and fish scales these shoes have a certain type of fantasy to them. With their super high and curved booties they rock on the runway. I imagine of how they would feel actually wearing them in the streets of New York but I would kill to own a pair of these amazing heels!

William Tempest: A new favorite fashion designer

William Tempest is one of my favorite designers right now. I saw him on Vogue.com a new favorite website of mine. They were mentioning how he is showcasing in New York for the first time. Tempest is a British fashion designer from Cheshire, England. He has created looks for Kate Moss, Leona Lewis, Lily Allen, Alexa Chung, Emma Watson, and Victoria Beckham. He is very young only 24 which I find amazing since he is such a great designer. In 2009 his looks were shown at London Fashion Week.

His looks really shoot back to the past featuring prints of diamonds and portraits of Henry VIII and Elizabeth I.

Fashion Icon of the week: Carey Mulligan

Carey Mulligan is an English actress. She has featured in many shows and movies such as Pride & Prejudice, Brothers and The Greatest. She's featured in several fashion magazines such as Vogue. Her style has changed many times but each time she keeps pulling me in. Winning an Oscar Nomination last year boosted her fame and she is now featuring in two new films. "Never Let Me Go"- coming out next week. Also "Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps." Which is the fashion movie here. Her VOGUE magazine's photo shoot was her first and was a success. At the shoot Carey could not fit into the closet's sample sizes and ended up wear a tiny towel around her waist to cover her bottom. Still though I really like the photos and think she turned out gorgeous. She reported that she is very happy with her body though.

Hello loves! This weekend was pretty busy for me. But I got to buy a new outfit this weekend! Im such a loser thought because I was supposed to save. But if I go to the mall I know i'm going to end up buying something. Im a shopaholic! And I can't help it. But I fell in love with the look so I had to buy it!

Well, what do you think? Sorry I haven't posted in a while! School has been really taking up all my time! Thankfully I'm getting my laptop soon and I'll be able to go on more. You'll see :) Well, sorry for the short post!!! :(

Meet the Bird and the Bee. The band started in 2006 and has since then made great music. The musical duo consists of Inara George("the bird" and Greg Kurstin("the bee") The band's first full-length album The Bird and the Bee, which was described as "irresistible" amd "charming and delightful at every turn." Shaurie introduced me to them about a year ago and since then I've been literally hooked! Their music is described as indie, synthpop and alternative. 

I'm a really huge style of Inara's style. It's really colorful but classy and beautiful at the same time. I love this coat she's wearing here. 

To me she looks like someone holding a secret. Really beautiful. Mhmmm...I love the Bird and the Bee!

Busy Week! Plus new Blog Award :D!

Hey huns! Today I was looking at the blogs I follow and realized that I have won a blog award. I'm very happy! Susana from SusanaLove was very sweet to give me one! Yay! I'm very sorry I haven't been able to post much lately. School's been making my schedule SUPER busy. My mom ordered us a new laptop so I don't have to sneak on my stepdad's computer anymore. The computer we had before was very old and there was no way we could get internet. The laptop should be coming on Spetember 13th so I'm very excited. School's been going super well. I've made some fabulous friends and met some great people. I hope I stay at this school for my whole highschool time! Unless I go to Orlando, that is! Well, we'll see. I hope that I'll be able to post a great new post eventually this week!
