Tik Tok on the clock: New fashion inspiration Ke$ha

Lately I’ve been trying to give my style a twist. A lot of people see that I’m blonde and immediately think “prep!” Ew. So..I’ve been trying to twist up my style and Kesha is a fashion inspiration. Most people think she’s a slut and all but really? I don’t think she is. Yes, Im not a fan of her music but her style makes me want to shout “Woah ohh ohh o!”

She has a very different style. Hardcoreish, I dare to say. It has a punkish feel to it with a feminine touch. It’s all glitz and glam but with some neons and punk twists. Which im definitely a big fan of…





What do I like most about Kesha?
She’s not afraid to be who she is. And she’s different. She doesn’t go over the top like Lady Gaga(blech) but she’s different from everybody else.
If you don’t like Kesha..
If you don’t like her then that’s fine. To be honest I’m not a huge fan of her myself..but you’ve got to admit she does have a good ass style.

Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen have made so much success this year. Yes, some people aren’t the biggest fans of them and I can’t say I am either but they have been influential in the fashion industry. With their fashion line Olsenboye and their covers on fashion magazines they are becoming more and more popular. Well, let me give you some more background on these twins.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were born on June 13, 1986. In 1987 they started acting in Full House, at only 9 months old! Both sisters played the same role as Michelle Tanner. In addition to Full House they also played in the movie To Grandmother’s House We Go. Shortly after the end of Full House they began to shape up their image. They established a company called Dualstar in 1993 in over 5,300 stores worldwide. Because of this they were ranked as the eleventh-richest women in entertainment by Forbes in 2007. The girls became popular figures in the preteen market. The girls have been in more shows and movies since then such as The Adventures of Mary-Kate & Ashley and New York Minute. As for fashion the girls have been featured on many fashion magazines and editorials. The twins have had a lot of success from the fashion industry to the acting business.

Who says you can't be beautiful with four-eyes?

Most people think people with four-eyes are the basic nerds.
Well, I used to think the same exact thing. Until the 6th grade, I used to always be like "ew, they have glasses." And now that I look back I find that I was an idiot. In the 6th grade I met my best friend, Shaurie. She's a gorgeous person but the thing was she wore glasses. I didn't like that. But I ignored it and loved her for her personality rather then her looks. And now, I have NO idea why I didn't like how she wore her glasses. I had glasses to! But I didn't wear them all the time, only when necessary. And I wear glasses now too :) Yes, I have contacts but when Im not wearing them I'm wearing my glasses. It's weird how your views on something can be so stupid and then years later you're like "wow. How can I have thought that?" And glasses are actually very artistic in the fashion industry. Photographers like to have glasses in their pictures and I don't blame them! It brings a different view into the pictures.
