MIZO photography

Today I was looking around on Trendland and I found this article on Mi-zo. Mi-zo is a Korean photograher duo,photographer  Zoren Gold and graphic artist Minori Murakami. They met in Los Angeles and started collaborating in 2000. They have been based in Tokyo for the past 7 years. And they now live and work in Los Angeles. They have shot for Vogue Japan, Dazed, Elle, Qvest, Bon and Tokion, and more. They are still continuing to develop their own style. They try to “push the boundary of photography.” To me their photography is really something to look at.

 


I was listening to Bjork today and I thought that her music fits perfectly with this so here you go!

Photoshoot Fun

Hello loves! Today was different. My sister, Jasmine Montmorency, was my photographer for a day. She gave me a photo shoot and went all out. Gosh. I didn't know people could have so much fun with me as their model. I mean Shaurie first, and now Jasmine? Wow. They both want me to be a model and I want to be too. I mean, it sounds like fun! :) This photo shoot was fun but extremely uncomfortable. She made me pose in the weirdest moves and it was just really uncomfortable. But I can't complain! I mean, it was fun anyways.

 

Well these are some of the photos. These are my favorites. Jasmine's a great photographer and I love what she did. What do you guys think? She made my hair completely crazy. Usually it's flat but this was fun. She went crazy with my make up too but I guess she wanted to go all out today. Well, let me know what you guys think!

My week so far..

Hello loves! This week has been beyond fabulous so far! I have told you guys about my bestie Shaurie, well on Saturday I met her up and I came to her house! I am here for a week and so far I have had such a great week. We have gone to the mall, the hospital, and many other places. All in all, I have had such a fun week so far! We also have done photoshoots of eachother, I was a model for her which was really fun. It was just like being an actual model. It was really fun! Hehe :3 Tomorrow, since some of my family lives in Orlando, we are going to hang out with my amazing older sister. I love her and she is beyond amazing. When I'm with my best friend it's like I feel whole inside. Does anyone else feel that way when they're finally with that person that you've shared a lot with? Hopefully, I'm not the only one! When we arrived at Orlando, I realized how much I missed my home. I've lived in Orlando since I was around 4 yrs. old so leaving Orlando has been a HUGE change. Sometimes, I can be really emotional with things so when I moved things were very hard at first. But, I suppose that's normal, right?  

Photoshoot Pictures

These are only a few of them but I do not want to put the rest up. These clothes are not mine, they are hers. Though, I wish I had clothes like this. But sometimes, the money is tight and you have to be grateful for what you have. Shaurie is upset right now because I tried doing a photoshoot for her and it didn't turn out the way she wanted it too. See, I'm not a great photographer and so she's upset that she never gets good pictures of herself like this. I mean, I feel bad but sorry I'm not that great at taking pics. You can't just be upset at someone for stupid things like this. Shaurie and I are really close so close we're like sisters. And as we all know sisters have simple little fights over nothing at times. Hopefully, things will get better. I love Shaurie and she's the most amazing person on this planet. She always listens to my problems and helps me out when I need the help. She's not an annoying slob or anything like that. She's perfect just the way she is :) I am very happy that I actually got pictures of me up here. I never usually get to because people just don't like to take pictures of me, I guess. I hope you guys can relate, I'm sure I'm not the only one that deals with problems such as these. Well, later this week I'll post some more about how my week has been! This is definitely a memory I will be sure to remember!
