Patternity:PATTERNS ARE EVERYWHERE, FROM THE MUNDANE TO THE MAGNIFICENT
Patterns, Patterns, Patterns. Patterns are an artistic way to keep fashion moving in circles, triangles, any shape, or any size. That’s why Patternity is a perfect place for anyone in this fun, loving world. Patternity is a London based designing studio spreading the heart of pattern each & every day. It was founded in 2009 by art director Anna Murray and textile and surface designer Grace Winteringam. Their love and passion for pattern came together and formed what we now call Patternity. Their shop impresses and inspires people around the world. Through their shop they want to encourage people to be themselves and to be artistic. So, what advice do they give us? The world?

My adventure with the birds…
Hello loves. This week has been really busy but really good. Yesterday I went to my best friend’s youth group. Not Shaurie(my bestie in Orlando) but my best friend from Miami, Martin. We went to the same school last year but I moved so of course we had to find a way for us to still keep in touch besides face book. So, he wanted me to come to his youth group! It was a great idea and last night my sister and I came and we had a great time. Tomorrow we’re going again. I’m really happy I’m getting back with God. Well, anyways my backyard has a lake. Whenever I take my dog out in the back ducks appear out of nowhere and come attack us! It’s quite funny, actually. So, yesterday I decided to take pictures of them. I’ve been wanting to ever since I first saw them so yesterday I finally did. I didn’t bring my dog out of course. When she sees the ducks she runs at them and they all fly away. But do ducks fly? So, I was taking pictures and my house has a doggy door so my dog got outside on our patio. I was paying really close attention to what she was doing, or at least I thought I was. In the end she sneaked past me ran out and all the birds flew away. She kept running and I had to run after her to catch her! She’s such a bad dog sometimes! :)

Gucci Spring 2011 Handbags
So this year at fashion week was definitely a success for all designers. And one designer I haven’t mentioned is Gucci. I’d prefer Chanel over Gucci any day but today I decided to blog about Gucci for once. The clothing this year was very bold and bright. The bags put a perfect mix with it they added exoticness with the sexy touch to it. Including metallics and woven leather. Usually I don’t really pay attention to what Gucci’s doing but this time I decided to take the plunge. And I’m sure glad I took that plunge because I found something that I really like.

Atalanta Weller~Bold, Futuristic, Retro shoes that'll keep you wanting more...
Ever heard of the name Atalanta Weller? Does it ring a bell? Well, whether it does or not Atalanta Weller is one who's shoes will do the talking. Simultaneously bold and refined, futuristic and classic, both natural and synthetic. Her unique vision of what she wanted her collection to be. And with no doubt it came to be! She was inspired by the anime series Appleseed and the modernist architect Pierre Luigi Nervi. Her shoes can really make a statement. Very artsy but in a good way.

She has four basic shoe concepts.
Atalanta Weller really has something ahead for her. Her shoes just have this certain look to them where I just am insanely in love with them! They have the best edge to them. What I’m saying is kind of confusing…basically I would love to own one of these pairs of shoes. Who wouldn’t? I’ve never heard or seen shoes that are basically balls! They’re so cool and I know each one of us would kill to own shoes like that!! Her shoes are very artsy like I said before and it would be amazing if I could find them at Urban Outfitters for $15!! Impossible! But that would be amazing :) Someday, I promise myself I will own a pair of Atalanta Wellers. I’m shocked she’s not that famous…. her shoes are the shoes of the century. I know I’ve said that with the Alexander Mcqueen shoes which are amazing too but these shoes top that list! Atalanta Weller is for sure now my favorite shoe designer. I’ve got to get myself a pair!! :)

Fashion on The Devil Wears Prada
The other day I was watching one of my favorite movies of all time! The Devil Wears Prada. I absoultely love watching this movie! It never gets old for me. Well, Anne Hathaway is my main focus today. In the beginning of the movie her taste was very poor. But then she became an intern and her sense of style went up to a 10!
This outfit was one of my favorites. It was all inspired by Chanel. I think she looked really classic in this outfit. Not classy, but classic. Get it?
This coat was really cute. It's what I would imagine her wearing the streets of New York. The coat is by Calvin Klein. It's really pretty.
Her outfit features a brown leather jacket by Vince; DKNY turtleneck; jeans from Japanese Fabric; and Calvin Klein boots.
This outfit was sort-of Audrey Hepburnish. I really like the coat which is by Lewin Kelly. I've never heard of the designer..
I'm not a huge fan of the paperboy cap or the top but I really love the Chanel necklace. I'd kill to have it.
Another coat Im a huge fan of! The coat was by Yigal Azrouel. I also really adore the heels by Marni. I love the color and how the strap is.
I dont like the dress that much which is by Calvin Klein but I really love the sunglasses which are by Chanel.
I really enjoyed the outfits of The Devil Wears Prada. The designers they wore in this movie! I really like Anne Hathaways' style in this movie.
